Model of a mosquito (Culex pipiens) in the highest quality and greatly enlarged. Can be separated into 7 parts
This model is a greatly enlarged but accurate reproduction of the biting mosquito ( Culex pipiens ).
The model was developed on the basis of Dr. E. Schicha. It is produced in SOMSO plastic by the manufacturer SOMSO, which is world-renowned for very high quality. This means quality materials, a sense of accuracy and longevity. In other words: World-class craftsmanship.
Compared to the stinging mosquito, the model is enlarged a good 50 times. It measures 65 x 75 x 60 cm
(L x W x H) and weighs 3.1 kg. It can be separated into 7 parts and is delivered on a removable stand, which consists of a green plate at the bottom.
Anatomically, it shows the mosquito with its characteristics such as the 2 wings, its proboscis (proboscis) and the abdominal segments.
