This model shows the esophagus and a bit of the inside of the stomach with various diseases such as hernia, oesophageal varices and reflux.


The model weighs 0.3 kg and measures 14 x 10 x 19 cm. It is delivered on a stand. 

Anatomical features

Anatomically, the model shows part of the esophagus, the passage through the diaphragm. a little fatty tissue and the beginning of the stomach (primarily fundus gastricus but also a bit of corpus gastricum). The focus of the model is the mucosa in both the esophagus and stomach.
