Teaching the anatomy of the musculoskeletal system is a fundamental area that everyone dealing with the human body must come into contact with. The locomotor system is fascinating and it is also completely understandable that people are generally impressed by how complex and well thought out our body is. Teaching about the body's musculoskeletal system includes, among other things, learning about the body's joints, muscles, connective tissue and the mutual relationship. Therefore, it is natural to create the best framework to get the anatomy of the musculoskeletal system in place as quickly as possible. Although there are many muscles and many bones in the human body, a broad and thorough knowledge of this must usually be obtained for anyone who has to work with the body, be it as a doctor, masseuse, physiotherapist or alternative treatment. In our experience, learning is best supported with the use of anatomical models as supporting tools. Should you e.g. learn about the skeleton of the body, it is quite obvious to acquire a plastic one. Anatomical skeleton models are available in many varieties and in many qualities, depending on the wallet and needs. Most people's needs can be met with our plastic skeletons, such as our skeleton model from Altay Scientific or our skeleton model from 3B Scientific, both of which are life-size, while others choose the fine mini-skeletons such as model SL70, which can be used to support basic learning about the anatomy of the skeleton without taking up too much space. In the more specific department, learning about the knee is far more exciting if there is a knee model on the table, such as This knee model, where flexion, extension can be dismantled and where the meniscus and cruciate ligaments can be shown and felt. The same applies to other areas of the body where shoulder models, muscle models, spine models and more support the teaching and give every teaching situation an extra dimension.
