This complete hand model shows virtually every anatomical structure from bones to skin. In addition, it uniquely visualizes which anatomical structures are under the fingers and the different skin areas of the hand.


The model is produced in the natural size of the hand and can be separated into 3 parts. It weighs 0.61 kg and the dimensions are 28.5 x 13 x 6.5 cm.

Anatomical features

Anatomically, the model contains many anatomical structures. You see, among other things, a large part of the hand's skin & nails, extensor tendons, flexor tendons, the contents of the carpal tunnel (canalis carpi), the various muscle groups of the hand, blood vessels (arteries and veins), nerves and a bit of the skeleton of the hand.

Product flexibility

In terms of movement, the model is not flexible, and therefore cannot be used to demonstrate the different movements of the hand.

Clinical features

Clinically speaking, this model is ideal for understanding disorders such as carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS), wrist tendinitis, trigger finger/digitus saltans and Dupuytren's contracture (driver's fingers). It may possibly also used to understand luxation (joint slip), ligament injury, bone fracture and more.
