Muscle models

Anatomical muscle models cover a wide range of anatomical models that focus on the musculature. There are i.a. full arm muscle models, muscle models over hand, foot, forearm or the whole body. Universities often use the large anatomical muscle figures, which are in life size, partly as a fantastic teaching model, but also as an impressive symbol of the university's dedication to good teaching materials. Muscle models are also frequently used by massage therapists and in operating theaters and rehabilitation centers. The anatomical muscle models explain the different layers of the musculature and make visible the part of the musculoskeletal system which is used the most and which, for the same reason, most often requires treatment and rehabilitation.

In our selection of muscle models, you can choose between models that show specific muscle groups and models that show muscles throughout the body. Furthermore, some of the models include soft tissue such as nerves. The anatomical models provide both the opportunity to study individual muscles, muscle groups and muscle groups.



Among the muscle models, which show specific muscle groups, you will find anatomical models of the muscles of the arm with or without nerves. These models show i.a. the biceps muscle (m. biceps brachii) and the triceps muscle (m. triceps brachii). You will also find a model of the muscles of the leg as well as an innovative model of the superficial and deep muscles of the back. We also offer a model of the head and neck muscles.



In the selection you will also find 2 muscle models of the whole body. One is a mini muscle model, which measures only 50 cm in height. It provides an impressive overview of the outermost skeletal muscles. The second model has been developed in the natural size of humans and can be separated into 37 parts.



Clinically, the models are i.a. ideal for understanding muscle and tendon-related disorders such as muscle pain, muscle soreness and tendinitis. Generally speaking, the models can be used to understand a great many disorders related to the musculoskeletal system.
